No external food and drink can be brought in from outside (excluding baby food, and Private Hire Parties).
All children MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult or guardian (18 yrs or above) at all times. Berzerk does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children. Parents/Guardians must not leave the premises without the child/children in their care.
Berzerk reserves the right to refuse entry or request a customer to vacate the premises without refund due to antisocial or disruptive behaviour.
By paying admission and entering the facility you are deemed to have accepted our full play terms and conditions.
You must not pre-book for a play session if you intend on running your own party from Berzerk. Berzerk parties must be pre-booked with us as a party, 7 days in advance.
Should a child get into difficulty whilst on the play frame, please call a member of staff to help. We have a qualified First-Aider on duty at all times.
No refunds or cancellations.
All shoes must be removed before playing and socks worn within the play area at all times. This excludes the Go-Karts, shoes must be worn in this area.
A child feeling unwell or with a recent injury must not use any of the equipment.
Please ensure no personal possessions (especially toys, badges, jewellery and watches) are taken into the play area.
We monitor the play area periodically to ensure children are playing safely, however this is not a replacement for parental/carer supervision.
Please ensure all users have removed hard or sharp objects from their pockets before commencing play including mobile phones.
We advise children not to wear spectacles on the inflatables or the play equipment.
The Go Kart track is in constant use so please be aware of moving go karts. Children require adult supervision whilst using the Go-Karts. Children under 5 must have an adult seated behind them while riding the Go-Karts. Please note the additional rules on display at the Go Kart track.
Parents/Guardians are only permitted to enter the play area when supervising their child, but should be mindful of the safety of other children.
Parents/carers should monitor for children becoming over heated or over tired.
Children should be encouraged to use the toilet before using the play equipment. Please report any spillages or mess to a member of staff to help us maintain a clean and hygienic play centre.
Please use baby changing area provided and refrain from changing nappies in any other part of the premises.
Berzerk accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to persons or their property whilst on the premises. Including the car park area.
Only children aged 4 and under are permitted to play on the equipment in the under 4’s area.
A no smoking policy, including Vapes / E-cigarettes, exists throughout the facility.
Adults are not allowed on the Air Bouncer.
Only one child is permitted to use the trampolines at any one time.
No bouncing is allowed near the edge of inflatables.
Please discourage your children from climbing up any of our slides as they may collide with children coming down. The runoff area of the slide should be exited as soon as possible.
Rough play, fighting flips and somersaults are forbidden on any of our equipment. Repeated misbehaviour will result in children being asked to leave.
Please acquaint yourselves with the Fire Exit doors, which are clearly marked. Should the Fire Alarm sound leave all belongings and make your way outside to external fire assembly point. Staff will evacuate the building and await the Fire Service.

Whilst on the premises, all electronic devices must not be used to access content that may be deemed offensive or inappropriate.
Height restriction of 4ft 11inches and age limit of 10 years. Proof of age may be requested by staff.
PARTIES
Play Terms and Conditions must be adhered to all times.
Parties are not confirmed until deposit is paid. You should then receive confirmation via email for your booking. Please note all deposits are non-refundable. If it is necessary to postpone a party we will try to accommodate you alternative dates. By paying your deposit you are deemed to have accepted our party terms and conditions.
Please keep to one adult guest per child guest at parties. Please note that adult admission is chargeable.
Any siblings not taking part in a party will need to be pre-booked onto current play session.

For health and safety reasons you will be asked for a list of names of the children attending. (excluding private hire)

We recommend that you and your party guests give extra time to park prior to your party. Please avoid parking in areas belonging to neighbouring businesses.
Please make staff aware of any special dietary requirements which we will try and meet.
Food and drink are not included in the private hire cost. We do not supply any cutlery, plates or cups for private hire parties.
During private parties please note we do not provide supervision of the children whilst at Berzerk they remain your responsibility and it is up to you to ensure that the children are playing safely.
Berzerk reserve the right to end parties if we feel the children are behaving irresponsibly or are incurring damage to the property.
Unless it forms part of a Berzerk organised party, please refrain from using glitter, party poppers or confetti type materials.
Please ask when booking if there are any special requirements you need for the day or you require something different than what we offer, there are no guarantees, but we may be able to assist with making your child’s party even more special. If you require additional spaces for the party, please ensure that we are informed 4 days prior to your party.

Please take note of your party end time as it is usually necessary for the party area to be vacated promptly as the end of your booking.
